Congratulations to our Boys Swim 4 x 400 relay team on qualifying for the Meet of Champions, first time since 2007.
The boys swimming team holds practice throughout the winter at the St. Francis Center in Brant Beach. Training focuses include flexibility, strengthening, endurance, and competitive technique. Swimmers will compete in more than 17 meets this season.
